What we collect

Browsing: you can read every page of this site without an account, and we do not require one for anything. Our web server keeps standard technical logs (IP address, user agent, requested URL, timestamp) for security and debugging, rotated on a short schedule.

Contact form: when you write to us we store the name, email address, subject and message you submit, plus the IP the submission came from — used solely for spam control. We use these only to reply to you.

Analytics: if analytics is enabled, we use Google Analytics 4 in its cookieless-consent configuration to understand aggregate traffic (which pages are read, from which country). We do not build individual profiles and we do not sell or rent any data to anyone.

Affiliate links

When you click a store link on Offerat, the destination store or its affiliate network may set cookies on its own domain to attribute the visit to us. Those cookies belong to the store, are governed by the store's privacy policy, and are not readable by Offerat. We receive aggregated commission reports that do not identify you personally.

Retention and your choices

Contact messages are kept as long as needed to handle the enquiry and then archived or deleted. Server logs rotate automatically. You may email hello@offerat.ae at any time to ask what we hold about your email address, or to have it deleted — we comply within 30 days.

Children

Offerat is a shopping-savings site intended for adults and does not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, the date at the top changes with it. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
